During winter months the best nail lacquers are mostly dark with the exception of red. Butter London is a great quality polish with a big variety of colors. These are my three favorite pieces from the soon to be released Versace for H&M collection, only a month away. The black silk that contrasts the bright colors is what I love about this collection. There is so much i love about these pieces including the high waisted bottoms, color combinations, and the sexy one pieces. Hard not to mention the double braid that really meshed in well with the theme on a whole. Mara Hoffman is defiantly the go to brand to set your eyes on this summer!

KANYE

This Fall Kanye West will be launching his own women's fashion line in collaboration with designer Louise Goldin and Central Saint Martins' professor Louis Wilson, which are both extremely knowledgeable in the fashion world. Can't wait to see the results!

I really love the color and attitude these pictures hold for the August issue of Vogue Paris. It always helps when favorite model Freja Beha is present along with Lara Stone and Natasha Poly. Each picture tells a story, it's really great. These are my three favorite.

Karl's idea of flashlight shoes sprung up from his past 2008 runway, although this time it was done better   with the runway set up as the streets at night. The lights were the highlight of the Fall-Winter 2011/12  haute couture show.

From June 17 to October 2 of 2011, an exhibition at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts (MMFA) will be devoted to French designer Jean Paul Gaultier called, The Fashion World of Jean Paul Gaultier: From the Sidewalk to the Catwalk. An event i'll defiantly be checking out!

Red being my favorite and only worn color on my nails made me happy to hear Dior launched three new nail polishes in this shade. The reds are all inspired by eras in Dior fashion; 

1.Trafalgar is a reminder of the flashy red designs sent down the runway in the 60's

2.Icone came from a polish Dior released in the 50's to go the 1955 Atout Couer dress

3.Gruau was inspired by a 1947 drawing of the Ispahan dress by Dior's illustrator Rene Gruau

FRIENDSHIP BRACELETS

Candy stripe, braided or hippie are really cool when using bright colors for these summer looking friendship bracelets. They are being worn more and more and are fun and cheap as well. I recommend going on youtube to learn how to make these yourself, it is really easy!
